PRIVACY POLICY: LLSMARTVERIFY™ PORTAL & FRAMEWORK

Version: 2026.1
Updated Date: March 12, 2026

1. OVERVIEW.

This policy governs the LLSmartVerify™ Portal and the processing of metadata within the Triple-Lock framework.

2. ACCOUNT DATA.

We collect and store your Email, hashed password, and Company Name for account management and Forensic Credit billing.

3. METADATA COLLECTION.

The Portal receives and stores forensic metadata (Serial Numbers, Timestamps, and GPS) transmitted from the ecosystem.

4. NON-ZERO-KNOWLEDGE ARCHITECTURE.

The Portal is encrypted but not Zero-Knowledge. Administrative personnel have the capability to decrypt and view stored metadata.

5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING.

Metadata is used solely to establish a verifiable chain of custody and to generate salted hashes for blockchain anchoring.

6. THE SALT PROTOCOL.

Metadata is combined with a Secret Salt before being hashed. The Salt is stored securely off-chain.

7. BLOCKCHAIN ANCHORING.

A salted hash is written to a Third-Party Blockchain Network. No raw PII is stored on the public ledger.

8. CJIS RESTRICTIONS.

The Portal is not CJIS-compliant. Users are prohibited from uploading sensitive government locational data or CJI.

9. DATA ERASURE (GDPR/CCPA).

We fulfill erasure requests by permanently destroying the off-chain Secret Salt associated with the record.

10. LEGALITY OF SALT DELETION.

Salt destruction fulfills the "Right to be Forgotten" by rendering the immutable blockchain hash un-linkable to any individual. Licensee acknowledges that the Blockchain is an immutable ledger. To fulfill "Right to be Forgotten" requests while maintaining forensic integrity, the Company utilizes a "Salt-Deletion" protocol. Upon a valid erasure request, the Company shall permanently destroy the unique off-chain Secret Salt associated with the record. This action renders the on-chain metadata hash mathematically un-linkable to any identifiable individual or Portal record. The remaining forensic image hash and timestamp are non-identifying data points and are retained to ensure the permanent, verifiable integrity of the original forensic acquisition.

11. DATA SHARING.

We do not sell your metadata. We share data only with essential service providers (e.g., Cloud Hosting, Blockchain Nodes).

We may disclose metadata if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or government audit.

13. SECURITY MEASURES.

We utilize industry-standard encryption, MFA, and regular security audits to protect the Portal.

14. DATA RETENTION.

Metadata is retained for the duration of an active subscription and purged 30 days after termination.

15. CONTACT.
