Web Portal — Overview

The LLSmartVerify Portal is a browser-based platform that serves as the central hub for evidence management, blockchain verification, and audit oversight. It is designed for two types of users, each with different levels of access and functionality.

Licensed users are authorized personnel who hold one or more active llimager licenses. Each licensed user can only register and manage evidence records that fall within the scope of their specific license or licenses. Through the portal they can review document metadata, verification status, blockchain transaction records, and the complete chain of custody history for each piece of evidence covered under their license.

Third-party users have read-only access limited to evidence verification. This role is designed for external parties such as attorneys, court personnel, or opposing counsel who need to independently confirm the authenticity and integrity of a specific evidence record without accessing the broader system.

The portal connects to the blockchain infrastructure deployed on the Arbitrum network, providing transparent and tamper-proof verification of evidence records. All sensitive data remains off the public blockchain, while cryptographic hashes stored on-chain ensure the integrity of every record can be independently verified at any time.

A comprehensive audit trail tracks every action performed within the system — from evidence creation to access and verification events — supporting compliance requirements for SOC 2 and CJIS security standards. This audit capability makes the portal particularly valuable for legal proceedings, chain of custody documentation, and regulatory review.
